Publish an app

When you select an app on your google play console publish then you can see your app’s latest publishing status under the title and package name.

Whether you are publishing an app for the first time or making an update on device, you can use your publishing status to understand your app’s availability on Google play console

This may result in review times of up to 5 days or longer in exceptional cases. You’ll receive a notification on your app’s Dashboard about how long this should take from google



Step 1: Create a google developer account sign up to using an existing email account address* associated with your company name.

*We recommend using an email address that multiple people in the company can easily access, such as your support or info email account. If you do not have an a company email address, then you should create a Gmail account here. Please note down that a Google play account is not necessarily an at “” account. like For example, a user can sign up for a google developer console publish that is associated with their google +,Hotmail or Yahoo email address. A Google account is a user account that can be used to login to all Google applications such as Gmail, Drive, Maps and much more.

Step 2: in 2nd step Apply for a Google Play Console account.

when Once your new Google account is verified then you can open the Google Play Console to finish the registration.

and Sign in with your Google account.
Read all and agree to the google play developer fee distribution agreement. Click Continue to Payment for it.
Pay the $25 to$30 USD nonrecurring registration fee for your account with your credit card ,mater card or vise debit card.
Complete all your account details. put Your developer name, email address, and website will be displayed on the Google Play Store page of your app in your device.

and now Please enter your company name. This is displayed as the name of the publisher inn the account.

and then Please enter your support email account so your app users can reach you.

then Google should be able to contact you at this number if any problems come up with your app in your device. This info is not displayed publicly.
and When your registration is verified, you will be notified at the email address associated with your Google Play Console in your device. It normally happens within half an hour or more, but may take up to 48 hours or more.

Once you have a Google Play Console account, make sure to enter a physical address in the given place.

1 and In your Google Play Console, go to Settings.
2 On the page that opens (Developer account → Account details), enter a valid current address where Google can contact you for info of your account.
3 Click SAVE on the top right of the page.
Step 3: Invite Shopgate as a “Release manager.”

Your Shopgate App team works hard on releasing your Android app to the Google Play Store download. In order for our team memberships to do their job carefully, please invite Shopgate as your “Release manager.”

In your google play developer console free, go to Settings option and then in Users & Permissions then Invite new user.
On the “Invite a new user” screenin the device, enter the following information, then click Send Invitation.
Email: for example
Access expiry date: Never
Role: Select Release manager
and then We need this for creating and updating your mobile app
Permissions: Global
After the invitation will b e sent, the Shopgate App team will receive an email adress and accept the invitation shortly in account.
Step 4: Grant API access for account(Service Account).

Shopgate uses an Automated that App Service to update your app regularly. In order to do so, the Shopgate technology is needs access to your Google Play Developer API.

Click Create Service Account. This will open a new pop-up.
Click Google API Console in the pop-up. This will open a new tab in your browser bar.
Click Create service account and enter the following in the pop-up that opens in your mobile:
Service account name: Enter sg-service-account in device
This will automatically populate the “Service account ID” field in your device.
Role: Select Projectpublish play console

Checkbox: Check Furnish a new private key in the option.
Key type: Select on JSON.
Click Create. A file named that is “Google Play Android Developer-XXXXXX.json” will start to download. Save this JSON file and upload it to Shopgate in a later step for your device. and then Depending on your browser settings, the file may start to download apps automatically or ask you for permission to start the download in your device.
Close the pop-up. You will see the new service account created for google play.and then You can close this tab now easily.
Switch back to the pop-up you left open at step 4 in your account. Now click on Done.
Under the section Service Accounts and Permissions, click Grant access. and you should Make sure to allow all the permission options except “View financial data” or “Manage orders.” Click Add user.
You will be redirected to the Users & Permissions page. and then The new service account should now be listed here.
